We took two rooms on a friend’s ( I hated him so much this night )suggestion! We were greeted with mosquitoes in our rooms , sleep was impossible! It was our mistake we have could paid a little bit more stayed at a better place . Breakfast next morning was equally pathetic ... I would rate it to a dhramshala or downgraded oyo type hotel.

As a solo traveller I stayed in Galaxy for a night and had a wonderful experience. The reception staff was warm and welcoming and had responded quickly to my request for an early check in. The room and the bathroom was very neat and clean with fresh linen and essentials. Room service is good and quick. The breakfast was quite tasty and wholesome. I would love to go back and stay whenever I visit Mumbai.

The rooms are decent sized with almost all the necessary amenities and considering the location it has a good value for money.... Food is nice and the hotel staff is extremely helpful... The drawback though is there are lots of mosquitoes during the night and u have to be careful not to leave any doors open...also there is no lift so if u have a lot of luggage its difficult to climb all the way up..

4 room changes in 3 nights of stay

Rooms are not maintained properly, I had to change 4 rooms in 3 nights of my stay, sometimes the AC did not work, in one of the rooms, the ac started leaking water in the mid of the night, had to change the room to sleep, next day I was told that the problem has been rectified, the AC appared to be find for sometime, but again started leaking at 2 am in the night, some had issue with their water supply, very small rooms, the rooms on 1st and 2nd floor have very old toilet fittings, showers do not work properly, the property does not have a lift. If you are alloted a room on 2nd or 3rd floor, be ready for some exercise everytime you approach your room. the hotel shares its reception with hotel galaxy, which is a far better hotel, thus causing confusion amongst the travellers.
